Job summary
ALMAG Aluminium Information Technology Department is seeking an Infrastructure, Server & Migration Specialist reporting to the Director of Technology. You will maintain and enhance server and infrastructure environments while leading modernizations, cloud adoption, and data migrations to support business growth.
The role requires senior IT experience, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and strong security practices, with responsibilities across migration planning, backup and continuity, and after-hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of IT infrastructure and server administration experience.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
- Extensive Azure administration and cloud tooling experience (Azure AD, Entra ID, VMs, App Services).
- Experience with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and disaster recovery technologies.
- Security and access control policy knowledge with M365 administration.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain physical and virtual server environments.
- Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and migrations.
- Coordinate ERP, application, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Provide after-hours support and maintain documentation.
