Job summary

Solactive is seeking a highly skilled professional to join the Client Relationship Management & Advisory team. The role focuses on proactive client engagement, managing a diverse portfolio of benchmark and thematic indices, and applying quantitative, rules-based approaches to index selection and rebalancing.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years in equity markets, index management, or related quantitative roles.
• Strong Python programming and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with a global client base and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee benchmark and thematic equity indices, ensuring accuracy across rebalancing cycles.
• Execute systematic, rules-based selection and rebalancing for Solactive indices.
• Research thematic investment trends and apply quantitative methods for index decisions.
