Job summary

Interac is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Incident Management Lead to oversee major incidents across Interac products and platforms. You will coordinate incident response teams, ensure rapid resolution, and drive compliant, transparent communications with stakeholders, including executive updates.

You will mentor the incident management team, improve processes, and partner with Risk, Product, and Corporate Communications to strengthen resilience in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Proven senior incident management leadership experience.
• Strong ability to align technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident response and coordinate resources.
