Job summary

Green and Spiegel LLP, Canada's leading immigration law firm, is seeking a Senior Immigration Case Analyst to support intake, processing and client follow-up across immigration matter types in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for clients, prepare government forms, and coordinate deadlines while upholding rigorous standards of accuracy and service. Experience with LMIAs, Work Permits, Sponsorships, Express Entry and Investor Programs is an asset.

Qualifications

• Senior immigration experience is required.
• Excellent writing abilities are required.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma/Certificate in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for client inquiries and provide status updates.
• Prepare government forms, draft submission letters, and gather information.
• Research and use government resources to ensure current documents.
• Own assigned files including billing review and invoice approvals.
• Schedule client appointments and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain timelines and diarize expiry dates for cases.

The Senior Immigration Case Analyst plays a key role in the intake, processing and follow up of client files. Senior Immigration Case Analysts operate at various levels of autonomy and on various types of immigration files depending on their level of experience and tenure with the Firm.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Acting as the key point of contact for client inquiries at all stages; sending out initiation for files and providing clients with status updates throughout the life-cycle of their file
• Completing government forms required for various applications, drafting submission letters, mining the client’s file for information and following up on outstanding information in a timely manner
• Conducting research and leveraging government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents are being used
• Full accountability of assigned files or applications including checking client ledgers and billing processes, reviewing invoices for approval
• Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients
• Ensuring that timelines and deadlines are diarized and met including expiry dates and other key dates

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR a Diploma or Certificate is required
• Must have senior level of experience working on immigration applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent writing abilities is a requirement
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment

• $68,000 - $85,000 per year

Green and Spiegel reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
