Senior IAM Specialist – Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance & RBAC

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and governance.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, and access controls.
• Strong understanding of security groups, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance principles.
• Experience conducting identity and entitlement cleanup, rationalization, and remediation initiatives.
• Knowledge of human and non-human identity governance practices.
• Experience defining ownership, approval, and access review processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale identity governance transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity and access management.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access certification programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise security governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
