Sun Life Financial is seeking an Access Governance Specialist to deliver compliance tasks and strengthen IAM security controls. You will assess identity-related risk, run access reviews, and partner with audit and security teams to maintain regulatory alignment.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 5+ years in IT security, and experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Venafi, CyberArk Vault, and ServiceNow.

Qualificações

• University degree/college diploma in Business or Computer Science related discipline(s).
• 5+ years in IT security related projects, access controls, identity and access management.
• Professional IT security designations (CIAM, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, SANS/GIAC, CEH) preferred.
• Proficient with SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SailPoint, Venafi, CyberArk Vault, and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute periodic access reviews and attestation processes, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to internal client queries and provide timely support.
• Collaborate with technical support and project teams to ensure governance and improve IAM security posture.
• Work with Audit teams to demonstrate compliance with information security standards.
• Support cert lifecycle management with Security Platform team.
• Provide management reports to information security, audit, and regulatory compliance.
