Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in identity engineering or IAM operations.
• Experience integrating enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, Okta).
• Strong scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell) and REST/SCIM APIs.
• Directory services depth across AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and federation (SAML, OIDC).
• CI/CD and Git with infrastructure-as-code mindset; monitoring and incident response.
• Hybrid Canada-based role and willingness to travel if needed.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain connectors and integrations between identity platforms and target systems, including HR, cloud, SaaS, directories, and on-prem applications.
• Develop and operate automated joiner-mover-leaver provisioning pipelines; favor API-driven/event-driven patterns.
• Operate and harden directory services (AD, Entra ID, LDAP) and federation infrastructure for reliability and security.
• Own monitoring, capacity, patching, and incident response; meet provisioning and availability SLAs.
• Manage identity infrastructure and configuration through version control and CI/CD; document changes.
• Automate high-volume, rules-based tasks and evaluate agentic automation with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Set integration and coding standards; review peers' work; serve as backup owner for adjacent domain.
• Ensure provisioning logs and integration audit trails feed resilience evidence.
