Consor Engineers in Toronto is seeking experienced Hydrogeologists to join our growing team of water experts. This role involves leading diverse projects across client sectors, working with senior colleagues to shape and manage the water business. Responsibilities

1. Lead and deliver surface water and hydrogeology projects, including field investigations, desktop analyses, and report writing.
2. Conduct studies such as baseline characterization, effects assessments, and water management analyses.
3. Perform groundwater modeling assessments and support water-related permitting activities.
4. Engage in environmental monitoring and inspections during construction.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
8. Contribute to business development strategies and service expansion.
9. Stay current with regulatory drivers, emerging technologies, and market demands to develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of consulting or industry experience with leadership and strategic planning skills.
2. Degree in Hydrogeology or related field, with professional credentials (P.Eng. or P.Geo.).
3. Experience with hydrology, hydraulic analyses, modeling software (e.g., MODFLOW), and environmental data analyses.
4. Strong knowledge of Canadian environmental policies and regulations.
5. Proven project management and technical leadership skills.
6. Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
7. Understanding of health and safety risks related to water projects.
8. Valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel.
