Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Sr Technician in Sydney, Nova Scotia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of job-related experience in HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license and completion of an apprenticeship required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems.
• Install, repair, and calibrate HVAC control systems.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with codes.
