  • Coach managers on performance expectations, feedback, documentation, and employee development.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, employment agreements, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with BC employment legislation and workplace requirements.
  • Coordinate benefits, payroll changes, leave administration, and HR systems.
  • Support workforce planning, compensation reviews, employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop practical and scalable HR processes that support continued company growth.
  • Maintain regular in-office availability two days per week to support collaboration, employee needs, and leadership priorities.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 7-10 years of progressive generalist HR experience, including experience in a senior or leadership-level HR role.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a broad HR function and advise senior leadership.

  • Hands‑on experience with employee relations, performance management, investigations, recruitment, and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities effectively within a 20‑hour‑per‑week schedule.
  • Comfortable working in a part‑time capacity with two days per week in the office.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
