Join us as a Senior HR Business Partner, a pivotal role within our Shared Services department, where delivering exceptional internal customer service to our business units is at the heart of what we do. This is a high-impact, forward-thinking position that blends people strategy with hands-on program leadership to elevate every stage of the employee lifecycle.
You’ll help design and scale core HR programs—especially in talent acquisition, employee development, and retention—ensuring they not only align with business needs but also spark connection, purpose, and long-term growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, you’ll also lead efforts in employee feedback, leadership development, upskilling/reskilling, and career pathing to enhance a strong, resilient, and capable workforce.
What You’ll Do
HR Program & Employee Experience Leadership (70%)
- Champion and continuously enhance HR programs that empower people, strengthen teams, and drive long-term organizational success.
- Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain exceptional talent, with a focus on high-impact and hard-to-fill roles that support future capabilities.
- Design and implement career development and progression frameworks that promote internal mobility.
- Build and deliver targeted leadership development programs to prepare emerging leaders and support succession planning across all levels of the organization.
- Advance our performance management practices to reinforce a culture of growth, continuous feedback, and high performance.
- Identify evolving capability needs and lead upskilling and reskilling initiatives that ensure employees stay relevant, agile, and future-ready.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure all programs are scalable, data-informed, and effectively integrated into day-to-day operations.
Employee Relations & Feedback Program Ownership (15%)
- Advise leaders on escalated employee relations matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Support labor relations progressive discipline process and workplace investigations.
- Own and evolve our employee feedback programs—analyzing data, surfacing insights, and influencing action.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Strategic Alignment (15%)
- Be a strategic thought partner to business leaders, helping to align people initiatives with broader organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Operations, Business Improvement, IT) to ensure HR strategies are well-integrated and future-focused.
- Stay ahead of HR trends and legislation and support Policy design, ensuring we remain compliant and competitive in our practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- CPHR designation (or active candidate) preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated impact in employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing HR programs.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Strong HRIS proficiency (BambooHR a plus) and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
