Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Senior HSE Professional in Canada to lead safety and environmental initiatives across Nisku, Edmonton, and Saskatchewan sites. You will drive compliance with OEPS, participate in internal and external audits, and mentor frontline teams on hazard controls and incident investigations.

You will develop and monitor risk assessments, support emergency response planning, and oversee site inductions, training, and toolbox talks to foster a proactive safety culture across

Qualifications

• Graduate-level education in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5–7 years of recent experience in a Senior HSE role (HSE Supervisor/Lead)
• CRSP/CSP/CHSC qualifications preferred
• Experience implementing 5S/Lean principles
• Familiarity with provincial and federal transportation requirements for commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OEPS management system compliance and audits.
• Lead HSE risk assessments and incident investigations (CPAR).
• Ensure safe work procedures, TWI, and JHA alignment with RADAR and PPE standards.
• Monitor training records and emergency response preparedness.
• Coordinate site inductions and toolbox talks to promote safety culture.
