Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. in Charlottetown, Canada, seeks an experienced HRBP to partner with Advanced Therapeutics senior leaders. You will drive talent strategy, leadership capabilities, and organizational design to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
• Experience partnering with Senior Leaders and operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
