Job summary

Myticas Consulting is assisting a Government of Canada department in Ottawa to hire a Business Analyst who will document current and future HR and Pay processes across key HR domains, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.

You will conduct workshops, capture requirements, develop RTMs, and manage change, while engaging stakeholders and solution teams to deliver clear, traceable specifications for the program's modernization.

Qualifications

• Proven BA in HR/Pay initiatives within large organizations.
• Experience documenting HR and payroll processes.
• Strong ability to define both current and future state processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions with HR stakeholders
• Document current-state HR and Pay processes
• Capture and define future-state requirements aligned to transformation goals
• Develop and maintain structured, traceable functional and non-functional requirements
• Build and manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage requirement changes, including version control and impact analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution teams
