S.I. Systems Ltd. seeks a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to drive the Employee File digitization initiative, eliminating paper records and enabling centralized access. Qualifications

• RFI/RFP documentation authorship and support.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, IT or related discipline.

• Document requirements in MR4TFS central repository.
• Conduct workshops with business users to identify gaps and document current state processes, inefficiencies, and KPIs/metrics.

Our public sector transit client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to advance the Employee File (E-File) digitization using digital documentation and information management.

Drive a multi-year initiative to eliminate paper employee records, free office storage space, streamline key processes, and reduce document handling time through centralized access to employee records. This role spans Scope of Services work, end-to-end requirements, process analysis, stakeholder liaison, and procurement documentation, with requirements managed in system. The program features phased deliverables across 2027–2029 in a hybrid environment.

Must Haves

• 10+ years in business consulting
• 7+ years as Business Analyst, business systems analyst, or process analyst
• Digital documentation services and information management analysis
• RFI/RFP documentation authorship and support
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, IT or related discipline

Nice to Have

• Business Analyst on large-scale digital transformation moving from paper-based to electronic document management
• Familiarity with human resources processes in a large organization
• Experience implementing third-party vendor solutions and services; cloud-based experience an asset
• Knowledge of municipal and provincial document retention by-laws/policies
• Public and/or Transit experience
