Job summary

You will mentor HR staff, partner with leaders, and ensure compliant, people-centered HR services across the organization. Requires 5–7 years of HR experience and a BC driver's license.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and investigations.
• Knowledge of Canada Labour Code, employment standards, and human rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employee relations matters and advise leadership.
• Coordinate performance management, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee leave, accommodation, and return-to-work processes.
• Support compensation, classification, and HRIS administration.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation.
