Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Data Architect, Technology Data Management to design and govern the enterprise technology data architecture underpinning our technology reference data strategy. You will establish canonical models, metadata standards, and architecture to unify data across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
8–12+ years in data/enterprise architecture or data modeling.
Strong taxonomy, metadata frameworks, and enterprise data modeling experience.
Experience designing architectures for cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise technology reference data architecture.
Develop canonical data models across infrastructure, cyber, cloud, AI, and service management.
Establish data integration, storage, relationships, and consumption standards.
Define metadata standards to support data quality, governance, and reporting.
Identify authoritative systems of record and ensure lineage across data products.
Partner with governance teams to ensure policy compliance and data quality.
Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Data teams.
