EQ Bank is seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner to lead people and talent initiatives for the Personal Banking division. You will partner with senior leaders to define strategy, design organizational structures, and drive talent programs that support business success and exceptional employee experience.

Reporting to the Senior Director, HRBP, you will guide leadership on talent requirements, leverage data to inform decisions, and oversee talent management cycles while

Qualifications

• Undergraduate business degree is required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR/HRBP experience in HR, consulting or HRBP roles.
• People management experience is expected.
• Strong consulting, analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with transformation, project management, agile methodology and change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose organizational structure and talent gaps with leaders to maximize effectiveness.
• Design and implement talent initiatives to improve employee experience and outcomes.
• Lead HR strategies to foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful environment.
• Project manage organizational change and talent programs across business units.
• Provide proactive data-driven insights to inform talent decisions.
• Lead annual talent management cycles (Performance, Talent Review, Compensation).
• Mentor and coach leaders to sustain change and drive results.
