WSP Global Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario seeks a Senior Highway Designer/Engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams on major highway projects and influence strategic decisions.

You will ensure design excellence for multi-lane freeways and transportation systems, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with clients and senior leaders across disciplines.

Expertise with OpenRoads, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and BIM, plus Ontario standards, will be essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• 10–20+ years of experience in highway/roadway design (MTO projects preferred)
• P.Eng or Certified Engineering Technician/Technologist designation
• Proven experience with Design‑Build/P3 projects
• Deep knowledge of Ontario environmental standards and design manuals
• Familiarity with OpenRoads, MTO CPS/HICO, and BIM (assets)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $115 700 – $155 400
MB & ON: $105 500 – $147 400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $104 500 – $140 700
