• Develop project charters, work plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation activities for healthcare, virtual care, and related service delivery programs.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
