St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto is seeking a Digital Project Manager III to oversee complex, hospital-wide digital health initiatives.

You will lead business case development, plan implementation, and ensure alignment with clinical needs, privacy, and organizational priorities. The role requires 8-10+ years in healthcare project management, experience with AI-enabled tools, and strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience evaluating and implementing patient-facing applications and digital health solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in digital health research and grant/proposal writing; publication experience an asset.
• Experience supporting the evaluation, implementation, or deployment of AI-enabled tools, automation, or digital health solutions is an asset.
• PM certification (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; advanced related degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale, hospital-wide projects across multiple departments.
• Develop business cases, options analyses, and cost-benefit assessments for digital health and AI initiatives.
• Plan, design, and oversee end-to-end project delivery and governance.
• Coordinate with Directors, Managers, and support teams to align with priorities.
• Maintain project protocols, data collection, and reporting for senior leaders.
