Job summary

Shared Health seeks a seasoned Project Design & Delivery professional to lead complex health system initiatives in Manitoba. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while applying established project management methodologies.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in health services projects, strong facilitation and negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a capital construction related discipline (e.g., architecture, engineering, interior or environmental design).
• Formal education/training in project management; certification in project management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects through planning and implementation with multi-stakeholder involvement.
• Apply change management strategies to ensure adoption and success.
• Demonstrate facilitation and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Deliver projects within defined quality, scope, time and budget constraints.
