Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Canada seeks a Project Manager to independently lead multiple healthcare project implementations in Ontario and Manitoba. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinate with sponsors, architects, contractors and customers, and report on progress to senior stakeholders.

Bachelor-level engineering/healthcare background, PMP or equivalent, 5–10 years of experience, fluent English, MS Project proficiency, and willingness to travel 50–75% of the time are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, healthcare.
• PMP Certification or similar designation.
• 5-10 years of demonstrated project management experience in external client facing healthcare medical imaging.
• Experience with MS Project, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English required.
• Travel to off-site project locations; valid driver’s license.
• Flexible to work longer hours, on weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead concurrent multiple projects of $1-5 MM in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and maintain MS Project schedule and initiate corrective action when deviating from schedule.
• Provide revenue forecast with accuracy to Sales and Finance including site readiness data.
• Travel to project sites to validate status and coordinate with customer, contractor and MIV.
• Coordinate with architect, consultant, contractors, MIV and customer as main point of contact.
• Monitor site preparation, production, delivery, design-build, installation and training scheduling.
• Complete and submit documentation including Last Call, MS project, Change Orders, site readiness, etc.
• Ensure kickoff, regular client meetings and handovers are conducted and archived.
• Support implementation of Syngo and IBD products for customers.
