Our portfolio includes APEX MCS for Medicare certification and readiness, Inertia CS for compliance and risk workflows, and Vela LMS for enterprise learning, compliance training, and sales enablement.

Customers and prospects include Medicare carriers, FMOs, agencies, broker-dealers, financial-services firms, insurance organizations, compliance teams, training departments, and enterprise sales organizations.

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will shape positioning, build campaigns in HubSpot, create sales-enablement materials, support targeted outreach, and use funnel data to continuously improve results.

What You'll Own
  • Demand generation: Develop integrated campaigns for APEX MCS, Inertia CS, Vela LMS, and priority verticals using email, LinkedIn, landing pages, content, events, nurture, trials, and sales follow-up.
  • Audience and account targeting: Define ideal customer profiles, segment contacts and accounts, and create personalized or account‑based outreach for priority buyers and industries.
  • Product marketing: Build positioning, personas, use cases, value propositions, proof points, comparisons, business cases, and launch messaging that turn complex capabilities into practical business value.
  • Sales enablement: Create presentations, one‑pagers, ROI tools, infographics, case studies, email and LinkedIn messaging, objection‑handling materials, and account‑specific assets.
  • HubSpot and marketing operations: Build landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, nurture programs, lead routing, lifecycle processes, dashboards, and tracking; maintain reliable data flow with Salesforce.
  • Funnel optimization: Establish tracking and attribution standards, monitor conversion from engagement through pipeline, identify drop‑offs, and test audiences, offers, messages, calls to action, and follow‑up approaches.
  • Sales alignment: Partner with sales on priority accounts, campaign follow‑up, lead‑response expectations, recycling, re‑engagement, and closed‑loop feedback.
  • Events and customer growth: Run measurable pre‑event, onsite, and post‑event campaigns, and support customer adoption, renewal, cross‑sell, upsell, testimonials, and case studies.
What Success Looks Like in the First Six Months
  • Clear positioning, target audiences, campaign priorities, and calls to action for APEX MCS, Inertia CS, and Vela LMS.
  • Improved product landing pages, forms, workflows, nurture programs, sequences, lead routing, and HubSpot/Salesforce reporting.
  • Targeted campaigns launched for priority Medicare, compliance, financial‑services, insurance, and training audiences.
  • A reusable library of sales materials, including product summaries, comparisons, ROI tools, presentations, and outreach content.
  • Baseline funnel metrics established and measurable improvement in marketing‑generated or marketing‑influenced meetings, demonstrations, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Stronger sales handoffs, event follow‑up, and customer‑expansion support.
Required Qualifications
  • Five or more years of B2B growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or integrated marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified meetings, demonstrations, opportunities, or pipeline—not only awareness or engagement metrics.
  • Strong hands‑on HubSpot experience across landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, email, automation, lead management, and reporting.
  • Strong business writing and product‑marketing skills, with the ability to simplify technical, compliance, or operational concepts.
  • Ability to personally build and launch campaigns, collaborate closely with sales, manage multiple priorities, and use data to improve performance.
Preferred Experience
  • B2B SaaS, RegTech, InsurTech, FinTech, learning management, compliance, enterprise training, insurance, Medicare, or financial services.
  • Account‑based marketing, mid‑market or enterprise campaigns, conferences, product launches, trials, pilot programs, customer marketing, or cross‑selling.
  • Responsible use of AI‑enabled tools for research, personalization, content development, campaign execution, and analysis.
The Person We Are Looking For

Commercially minded, highly accountable, curious, organized, and resourceful. The successful candidate can simplify complicated information, communicate credibly with executives and sales teams, and is equally comfortable setting strategy, building a campaign, and presenting the results.
