Job summary

Ayming Canada is seeking a seasoned funding strategist to advise on government grants, incentives, and eligibility, and to lead complex funding applications for clients across Canada. You’ll conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop tailored funding strategies in collaboration with Sales and consulting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in government funding, grants, public programs, or management consulting.
• Strong knowledge of government funding programs, application processes, and eligibility requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior clients.
• Proven client-service mindset and ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Highly proactive and resourceful, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex assignments independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results.
• Valid driver's licence.]
