Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Governance, or related discipline.
• Seven years of progressive project or program management experience leading large, complex initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multi-organizational teams (5 years).
• Experience creating senior-level decision materials, business cases, governance reports and executive briefings.
• Experience designing or improving governance structures, decision-making processes and accountability frameworks.
• Advanced skills in scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change management for complex initiatives.
• Ability to design and implement governance frameworks, escalation pathways and accountability mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication capabilities with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of governance structures and decision pathways.
• Translate strategic direction into governance frameworks, mandates and integrated work plans.
• Coordinate governance forums and executive-level materials; manage interdependencies, risks and escalations.
• Provide trusted advice to sponsors and senior leaders; ensure governance activities are transparent and aligned with requirements.
• Manage records and repository practices using Microsoft 365 tools and collaborative platforms.
• Balance multiple stakeholders across hospital, regional, and provincial partners to enable timely decisions.
