Qualifications
- Master’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science or related discipline with 5–7 years of GIS experience including leadership and supervision.
- Experience increasing adoption and value of enterprise GIS, preferably in municipal government or utilities.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise GIS, data governance and geospatial technologies; familiarity with cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise GIS platforms, governance, data management and integration.
- Lead a team of GIS Specialists and Technicians; collaborate across departments.
- Drive digital transformation and modernization to enhance service delivery and asset management.
- Translate technical information into practical business solutions and manage budgets and contracts.
