Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and GIS training as specified.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in consulting or equivalent.
• Proven use of ESRI GIS software (ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro/ArcGIS Online).
• Strong report writing, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Versatile, adaptable, and able to perform varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, engineering, and science.
• Develop and manage technical GIS systems, standards, and procedures.
• Provide GIS technical support for projects, including data management, analysis, and visualizations (ArcGIS, Tableau, Power BI).
• Design and implement web tool architectures for cross-disciplinary use.
• Apply coding to enhance web apps and automate reporting.
• Develop and maintain GIS web applications (ArcGIS Enterprise/Online).
• Test and optimize Web GIS Portal systems and internal processes.
• Research GIS software solutions to advance tools and applications.
