About the Role

We're looking for a Senior GIS Analyst to bring leadership, technical expertise, and innovation to our geospatial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data problems, mentoring others, and building systems that scale.

You'll work across teams to streamline workflows, build custom GIS tools, and deliver meaningful insights that help our clients move faster and smarter. You'll also play a key role in elevating GIS practices across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own advanced spatial data workflows using ArcGIS Online, Enterprise, and Pro
• Build dashboards, automations, and data visualizations to support internal and client-facing projects
• Analyze, clean, and maintain complex datasets using SQL and GIS tools
• Coach junior analysts and share best practices across departments
• Lead scope updates and data delivery presentations
• Document innovations and processes to support SR&ED claims and process improvement
• Stay ahead of GIS trends and bring fresh ideas to our tools, systems, and standards

What We're Looking For

• 6-10+ years of experience in GIS or spatial data roles (telecom or utilities is a plus)
• Deep hands-on experience with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and Enterprise
• Experience with automation tools like Python and ModelBuilder
• Strong skills in SQL for spatial analysis and data integrity
• Proven ability to lead technical work streams and guide others through complex challenges
• Strong communicator who's comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
• Motivated self-starter who values quality, mentorship, and innovation"

Nice to Haves

• Exposure to telecom infrastructure or utility mapping projects
• Familiarity with SR&ED documentation or R&D environments
• Advanced GIS certifications (MGIS, MSc, C.Tech)
• Experience designing training resources or technical sessions
