Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in civil/geotechnical or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, water resources, and dam-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships on dam and hydropower projects.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across feasibility, design, and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate field data collection, analysis, and reporting for design criteria.
