Stantec is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Saskatoon to lead technical work and help grow our geotechnical practice across Saskatchewan. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver field exploration, lab testing, and design support on diverse projects.

Located in one of Canada's fastest-growing Prairie cities, Stantec's Saskatoon office is home to engineering, environmental, and infrastructure professionals working on projects that directly shape communities across Saskatchewan. The office supports work ranging from transportation and mining to water, energy, community development, and geotechnical engineering. The successful candidate will work closely with our local Geotechnical team of engineers and EITs based out of Saskatoon, supported by a wider, regional team of over 200 geotechnical engineering staff.
For an experienced geotechnical professional ready to take the next step, this position provides the opportunity to serve as a technical leader in Saskatoon, helping drive business growth, mentor the next generation of engineers, and expand the reach and capabilities of our geotechnical practice across Saskatchewan.
What We’re Looking For:
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
