Qualifications

• Advanced quantitative and AI skills with post-secondary degree in CS/AI/engineering.
• 4+ years developing or validating GenAI/LLMs/NLP; 2+ years leading ML scientists.
• Proficient with PyTorch, NLP concepts, and cloud tech (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D in GenAI/Agentic/LLM evaluation and testing areas.
• Lead a team of ML scientists for validation of Generative AI and DL models.
• Validate AI models and provide independent recommendations for approvals.
• Develop standards for vetting Generative AI and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with model development, Audit, and internal partners.
