Zymeworks Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a Lead Business Solutions Engineer to act as a hands-on technical lead for enterprise systems and integrations serving Finance, HR, and Legal.

You will ensure SDLC-compliant delivery, manage NetSuite, Coupa, and HRIS workstreams, and drive automation while controlling technical debt. You will collaborate with IT and G&A leaders, oversee vendor relationships, and contribute to SOX ITGC compliance, system upgrades, and data reporting processes.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on systems engineering in NetSuite and integrations.
• 3+ years supporting Finance teams in NetSuite at senior level.
• 2+ years solution architecture including diagrams and workshops.
• Experience managing vendors and designing cross-ERP integrations.
• Experience with SOX ITGCs within ERP environments and audits.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and ability to document decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own, configure, script, and administer core G&A apps like NetSuite and Coupa.
• Develop roadmaps for optimization, automation, and tech debt reduction.
• Communicate business impact and risks of technical issues.
• Design and maintain system integrations between NetSuite, payroll, and internal platforms.
• Uphold SDLC standards with test cases and UAT documentation.
• Create and maintain role-based permissions and reports.
• Lead resolution of complex integration issues across systems and vendors.
• Plan upgrades, patches, releases, and regression testing.
• Maintain technical docs, data flows, and architecture diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops for decisions and requirements.
• Partner with IT and G&A leaders to govern tech changes.
• Provide estimates and assist with prioritization.
• Support data extraction/ETL for reporting.
• Oversee third-party vendors and ensure delivery standards.
