Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree and/or CPA are desired.
• 15+ years of investment fund accounting experience including private equity fund administration.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams of accounting professionals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with client service orientation.
• Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall management of assigned client service teams with emphasis on process control, workflow consistency, client communications and data confidentiality.
• Develop full project plans and manage client workloads to meet timetables and deadlines, coordinating with Apex Investor Services group.
• Continuously evaluate workload and staffing; train new hires and adjust resources as needed.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements through procedural changes or enhanced technology.
• Review investment-related legal documents, waterfall calculations, and complex investment transactions.
