Job summary

A global leader in fund services is seeking an experienced professional for a Fund Accounting role in Toronto. This position requires a strong background in client relationship management and leading a team within Financial Services. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with 7-10 years of relevant experience. The position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary range of CAD 130,000 to CAD 180,000, valuing diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience in Financial Services with exposure to Product Control, Operations, or Fund Accounting.
• 5-7 years’ experience managing a team and building organizational talent.
• Knowledge of private equity and hybrid fund structures is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance client relationships and monitor service agreements.
• Facilitate presentations to clients with executive management.
• Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and supervise management teams.
