Job summary

ARC Business Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Functional Consultant to lead Dynamics 365 Business Central engagements remotely from Canada.

You will translate client requirements into well-configured BC solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory, while guiding junior team members. Responsibilities include workshops, design documentation, data migration, testing, end-user training, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on functional consulting with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
• Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations with requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Strong functional knowledge of core Business Central modules: GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional design documentation.
• Experience with data migration activities (mapping, cleansing, validation).
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across engagements.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification(s).
• Familiarity with BC AL extensions and BC development environment; scope and review of solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) in BC context.
• Prior consulting experience with public sector, utility, or municipal government clients.
• Experience with ISV add-ons (Jet Reports, Continia).
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

ARC Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice on a contract basis. This is a remote role. The successful candidate will lead functional workstreams on Business Central implementation and support engagements, working directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective, well-configured solutions, while providing guidance to junior team members.
