About The Role

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on consulting experience in Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.

Client Consulting & Solution Design

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals
• Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture

Implementation & Delivery

• Manage full‑cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives
• Provide post‑implementation consulting and optimization services

Pre‑Sales & Advisory

• Support pre‑sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development
• Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits

• The total compensation for this role is $90,000 to $130,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
