Job summary

Nöord Technologies, a Montreal-based partner to leading financial institutions, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer / React Front-End Lead with strong C# backend expertise. You will design and implement high-performance UI for real-time trading, collaborate on microservices, and drive architectural excellence across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science with 7–8+ years of software experience.
Front-End mastery in React, TypeScript, Redux, async workflows, and modern state management.
Back-End competency in C# / .NET Core and API design.
Technical stack includes SignalR, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, ELK, and Git.
Engineering excellence with SOLID, Clean Code, TDD/BDD, and automated testing.
Domain expertise in Capital Markets or front-office trading systems is preferred.
Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, architect, and develop responsive, high-performance UI components using TypeScript and React for real-time trading applications.
Collaborate on server-side microservices and APIs in C# .NET Core with the backend team.
Optimize render performance, state management, and real-time streaming data using SignalR, WebSockets, and Redux.
Provide Tier-3 technical support to North American trading desks during active market sessions.
Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
Champion software craftsmanship: SOLID, Clean Code, TDD/BDD, and automated testing.
