Job summary

Maarut is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and migrate a reporting portal using Java backend and Angular front end. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, REST API services, and integration with Azure DevOps in an OPS context.

You will refactor existing WebFOCUS logic, ensure CI/CD, and deliver scalable, accessible solutions. Candidates should have 8+ years in production apps, 5+ years in Angular, and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing large-scale production applications with Java backend/API.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Experience migrating and re-platforming existing logic from BI tools (WebFOCUS) into modern apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Web-based reporting portal using Java back end and Angular front end.
• Design and implement REST API services and integrate with front-end UIs.
• Migrate and refactor existing WebFOCUS SQL/report logic to a modern app in Azure.
• Provide documentation and support, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate in an OPS/public sector IT environment and transfer knowledge.
