Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain the digital wealth management platform. You will build enterprise APIs and databases and craft user interfaces using modern cloud-native tech.

You will design RESTful APIs in C#/.NET, optimize MS SQL, and deploy via containers in cloud environments. Expect agile sprints, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and impactful, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years software development experience with API-driven applications.
• 3+ years building large-scale APIs in C# and .NET.
• Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience delivering browser-based UIs with modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices in C#/.NET.
• Architect and optimize MS SQL database solutions for performance.
• Build interactive UIs with ASP.NET MVC and Angular.
• Implement containerization and cloud deployment strategies.
• Ensure API security, documentation and enterprise standards compliance.
