Job summary

Wunderkind Advertising is seeking a senior full stack engineer to drive our roadmap across supply, demand, and platform investments.

You will build and scale campaign placements, integrate SSP demand sources, improve OpenRTB-based auction flows, and contribute to advertiser/publisher tooling and reporting.

The ideal candidate blends backend and frontend excellence with ad-tech fluency and a pragmatic, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend and frontend.
• Proficiency in Go or Java with production APIs and services.
• Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of ad-tech concepts (supply/demand, OpenRTB, VAST) helpful.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack product capabilities across backend, APIs, and UI.
• Implement supply-side features across onsite and in-app surfaces.
• Build workflows for advertiser and publisher use cases, including bulk edits.
• Support demand-side integrations and OpenRTB-based flows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate roadmaps.
• Develop reporting and observability to improve visibility into bids and inventory.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure latency-sensitive and privacy-aware data handling.
