Job summary

Straive is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to join our data analytics and AI solutions team in a client-facing delivery role. You will work across backend, frontend, and data layers, driving architecture decisions and production deployment while coaching junior engineers.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, owning end-to-end delivery from discovery through production, and ensuring reliability and performance in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in full-stack development and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Experience owning technical workstreams and coordinating delivery across multiple contributors.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support production-grade full-stack applications.
• Lead technical engagement with client stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and production readiness.
