Job summary

Jobgether in Canada is hiring a Senior Frontend Developer - React & 3D for a remote contract. You will design and build immersive, high‑performance web experiences using React/Next.js, Three.js, and cloud services for an enterprise product environment.

You’ll collaborate with Product, UX, and Software Engineers to prototype, validate, and deliver capabilities, while promoting solid architecture, testing, and Agile practices.

This 100% remote, T4 contract offers CAD 60–70 per hour across Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience building modern web apps.
• Strong proficiency in React.js or Next.js with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing full‑stack apps and cloud deployments.
• Practical experience with Three.js, Babylon.js for 3D graphics.
• Experience real-time apps using WebSockets.
• Strong HTML5 and CSS and modern frontend practices; RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Amazon S3 and cloud services.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub; Agile environments.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is an asset.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and containerized apps is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AR/VR/MR technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance web apps supporting immersive XR, 3D and collaborative workflows.
• Build scalable frontend solutions using React.js or Next.js and cloud integrations.
• Develop multi-user 3D web experiences using Three.js, Babylon.js or similar.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Software Engineers to prototype and deliver capabilities.
• Architect and implement full‑stack solutions, including backend services and cloud integrations.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and real-time communication technologies.
• Build high-performance, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces and code.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Contribute to engineering standards and architecture discussions.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues with quality and scalability.
• Work with cloud services, including Amazon S3, in modern cloud environments.
• Collaborate across disciplines to align with product goals and enterprise requirements.
