Qualifications

• 5+ years of application or functional support experience in capital markets or investment banking.
• Strong domain knowledge of equities (cash equities, indices) and derivatives (options, futures, swaps).
• Pre-trade workflows (order routing, validation checks) is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL for data investigations; comfortable on Linux/Windows.
• Experience with Jira and monitoring systems like Geneos/ELK.
• Fluent English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated front-line IT contact for Trading, Sales, and Operations desks.
• Troubleshoot real-time behavior, execution queries, and trade-flow discrepancies on trader screens.
• Own incident management: triage, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution within SLAs.
• Handle day-to-day business requests, configuration updates, and validations.
• Monitor system health and collaborate with global teams for platform enhancements.
• Coordinate handovers with international support peers (Europe/Asia).
