Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Canada seeks an experienced senior finance professional to consolidate Canadian P&C results, forecast and deliver concise variance analyses. The role partners with business units and Finance to guide financial decisions with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Ideal candidates are CA/CPA with 10–12 years of relevant experience, capable of independent analysis, stakeholder management and building executive-ready decks.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA designation and 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with consolidation reporting and executive deck creation.
• Ability to summarize variance analyses concisely and present insights.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (index/match) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
• Data-driven decision making and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Canadian P&C Actuals, forecast and competitive reporting.
• Provide financial advice to business leaders and Finance partners.
• Lead/Support financial planning, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Perform variance analyses and ad-hoc analyses to drive business decisions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources for efficient reporting.
• Develop methodologies to enable financial analyses and insights.
