Job summary

Strive Health seeks a strategic, data-driven Sr. Analyst, FP&A, to support modeling and tracking of business performance and operating costs. You will partner across the Finance team to enable growth and implement scalable processes in a high-growth healthcare setting.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Finance and offers exposure to enterprise-level analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and a path toward strategic finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of modeling and reporting with financial statements.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
• 2+ years working with large, complex healthcare datasets.
• 2+ years advanced MS Excel/MS Office skills.
• 1+ years in healthcare, preferably value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive enhancements to Strive Enterprise and market-level P&L reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Own CKCC and Joint Venture P&L reporting along with analysis and forecasting support including provider payment management.
• Oversee and drive enhancements on cash reporting, forecasting, and tracking of partner cash flow inputs and settlements.
• Manage partner-level fee contracts and SLA/quality metric accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support implementation of new tools and technologies to build scalable financial processes.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
