Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with the Director, Operational Finance. The role focuses on timely performance reporting, variance analysis, and translating data into actionable insights for operational and financial decision-making.

It includes annual budgeting, forecasts, and KPI evolution across clinics. Based in Ontario or Halifax with a hybrid work model, the role collaborates with Operations, Finance, and Technology to enhance reporting capabilities and data

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Analytics, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, operational analytics, FP&A, or related business partnering roles.
• Experience supporting operational leaders through budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and decision support.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models and management reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly KPI reporting for the Operations and Executive teams.
• Support clinics, VPs, and Regional Directors in development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing financial projections.
• Partner with Operations leaders to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities with practical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
