Job summary

Couche-Tard/Circle K is seeking a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Performance to deliver critical financial analysis, support enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management across functions. You will consolidate data, prepare variance analyses, and craft executive summaries.

Reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A, you will collaborate with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and timely reporting, while contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical financial analysis and reporting support for enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Consolidate data and prepare variance analyses across regions and functions.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and executive summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Data & Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure data integrity.
