Job summary

Couche-Tard/Circle K is seeking a Senior Manager Enterprise Performance FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will coordinate inputs from FP&A, D&A, and Strategy to align plans with strategic priorities and deliver insightful narratives to executives.

This role requires bilingual English and French, strong analytical skills, and experience in integrated planning within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Over 7 years FP&A or corporate finance experience with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise FP&A processes including planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Define and enforce enterprise-wide planning standards and governance.
• Coordinate inputs from FP&A, Data & Analytics, and Strategy teams.
• Integrate CAPEX and OPEX planning and post-investment review.
• Provide executive-level narrative reports and variance commentary.
• Partner with D&A and EPM to drive standardized, automated planning workflows.
• Collaborate with regional FP&A teams to challenge and strengthen business cases.
