Job summary

SC Johnson & Son, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to partner with Consumer business teams. You will provide strategic financial support, lead P&L management, forecasting, and reporting to uncover opportunities and drive results.

The role requires a university degree, CPA or progress toward, and 2+ years in accounting/finance. Hybrid work with weekly remote eligibility is offered, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package is highlighted.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA designation or pursuing required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability growth with assigned teams.
• Perform month-end analyses, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Provide monthly P&L forecasts for relevant items.
• Generate key reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in budget planning process.
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting requirements.
